Some companies purposefully keep their techniques "secret" and hide information from clients. In contrast, CMI technicians are very open in answering questions posed by a client but are careful to make the explanations understandable--teaching the client that wants to know how to perform a task. We provide a lot of training to our clients as a component of our daily service and support.
We have also been able to provide group training workshops held at our own facilities as well as custom group training on the customer premise. Personalized/individualized training for specific customers on specific topics or software programs is also available.
